Is it true if you replace the air flow mass sensor you have to hsve the computer

Generally, I don't hear much of any noises besides my dash might vibrate a little. When I step on the gas, it sounds like a super loud gush of fast air, that sounds like "Shhhh." When I'm accelerating up to 65, my engine starts bogging down at 45, so I let off the gas and continue to accelerate, and it runs fine. It stops bogging down as soon as I let up, and press on my gas again.

You might as well take it to a shop that specializes in repair of European vehicles.....i realize sometimes it's tough for a DIYer, or anyone, to diagnose these problems with guesswork instructions that isn't much help....good luck with it!
