Check the shift cable, sometimes the "eye" bushing at the transmission will wear or break causing a loose connection. If so the trans will not lock into park position, If that is in good condition the parking paw in the trans may be bad where it won't be able to lock.

An EGR valve is used to enrich the fuel mixture, by introducing exhaust gas back into the intake. The LEAN code shows you're not getting enough fuel for a proper mixture. Possible causes are Vacuum leak, Fuel filter restriction, weak Fuel Pump, o2 sensor, or maybe a Mass Air Flow sensor. Run fuel data on scan tool for short term fuel,o2 sensor data. Maybe need to take it to a repair facility who knows what to look for. This same problem happens quite often on most vehicles.

Just a thought; Some imports have a filter in the vent side of the fuel filler hose. If it is slow filling the tank with fuel, something is blocking or (pinched) the hose to fill, or if your EVAP code says something about closed/restricted vent it could be a restricted filter in the vent hose.

That is a MAINT REQ symbol. It is suggested you have your car checked. The light will stay on until you have it serviced by a qualified service center to have it reset. No damaged will resort from driving it with the light on, just wear and tear as usual. Just a reminder for you to get a physical exam.

If your dash lights are acting up, I would think you have an electrical problem. A fuel pump alone will not cause a dash to act up. Check your voltage and/or grounds for good contact, make sure your alternator is not shorted pulling power away from your electrical circuits. This vehicle will run with MAF unplugged, might unplug it and see if it runs better. Just a comment.

The LED lights do not have enough amp draw to heat/trip the flasher properly. I is like it doesn't know you have a bulb installed.
