Possible stuck relay, shorted wire keeping power hot, BCM malfunction, short to ground in headlight switch and instrument cluster, PZM malfunction. Have the Body module scanned for possible codes.
Possible shift cable, trans position switch. Call the dealer and ask if it has a recall, they might ask for your Vin#.
Check your brake light switch on the brake pedal, unplugged ?, bad fuse ?.
Different manufacture rules for different cars. Mine is to be done at 50,000, some are at 70,000, some at 90,000. Without looking at the specs for your car, the dealer should know and trying to same you from some trouble later.
That's a guess; Could be the fan motors, relays, fuse, wiring, connections, temp sensor. Several things could be the problem, it needs to be tested for the real problem.
There should be documentation of the issue, and should go toward the repair if you push it a little, go above their heads.
Needs to go to the transmission shop and rebuilt, or replace it with another.
What's wrong with the gauge, not working. Probably nothing to do with the running of the engine.
It could be the internal plastic piece that may have broken. The car will have to be unlocked with a opening tool to be able to get to it and be able to repair it.
