Rear Window tint delaminating

It is on top of the window defrost strips on the inside. (It's factory installed not an aftermarket product.)

My question is, if it's pealing, then you should be able to remove and replace the film.

It's bubbled not peeling. Worry about damaging the defrost strips. Film extends into window mounting.

I understand that, i was just wondering if by chance someone had the film installed on the window....never seen a 'factory tinted' glass bubble...but then there is a lot of things i have not seen......
