Having front end/tire problems, & can't figure out prob?

First of all, an alignment doesn't cause a vibration, just tire wear and pulling. Wished we could check your front end for you, but at this point, the front end person should have found the issue upon primary inspection. a guess would be, bent rims, hub bearings, intermediate shaft. It needs to be inspected by a qualified front end repair shop.

I don't know if this is your problem, but I had the same problem with one of my Saturns, and it seems that my aluminum alloy wheels were very particular about where the weights were placed. Found that one tire shop put the weights only on the inside, which cured my problem.
