my horn doesnt any idea of what the problem could be and how much to fix it

First check the horn pad on the steering wheel, it should send a ground signal to the horn relay. The clock spring could be another possibility for the signal to stop and not go to the relay.

ck horn itself 1st then ck pwr to horn while pushing horn button and work from there
