my drivers side car door won't open from the inside?

i taken the car door panel off but where do i go from there i don't have a spec sheet on what to do next i have heard you have to take the window out and i do have power windows and locks

Just check the linkage between the inside door handle and the latch assembly.

i know there is 2 wires on green and one black or white do i need to take the door handle off?

It should be a cable or a metal rod with plastic clips to lock it in place. Could be the handle itself broken.

I just had this happen...all it was is that the green cable came off the clip a bit. Just push it back in.
