i have a 2000 chrysler cirrus 2.5l v6....i was driving then my car acted like it was running out of gas but i have a 1/2 tank it was cranking for a while it was getting fuel but no fire and put on tester but nothing showed up..now im getting power but no crank... i was told it could be the crank shift sensor...could this be my problem?if so where is it located at? thanks a bunch

Example: If it won't crank, try jumper cables!.. Crank sensor has nothing to do with 'cranking' the engine.. However it will prevent the engine from starting, along with several other things.
not crank, means engine not spinning over.not starting means engine cranking but no start!which is it doing, crank no start,or no crank,no start?you said you are getting power?how many volts on battery?
no crank n no start and it says 12 amps im getting power all lights r bright n radio comes on
no not amps.how many VOLTS DC?should be 12.6 vdc with engine off, on battery.
not sure we have tired to boost it but no luck ughhh
Get a PRO to check it out BEFORE you fry something like a PCM testing things incorrectly!
