What is your question?
I have a weird problem with my 2009 trailblazer. This problem is sporatic so it is hard to take it in to a shop for testing. When I start my trailblazer (first start of the day), first the idle sounded different than normal. a little bit faster and louder than normal. I put it in drive and it would go but very slowly and the sound of the car was like I had it in neutral and was pressing on the gas. I would think it is something with my transmission the way it would not engage properly but I turned the car off and started it right back up and everything was normal. This has happened about 5 times in the last few weeks. I don't know what could change by turning the car off and back on to make the trailblazer seem fine again.

Poor electrical contact somewhere. Don't expect it to be an easy find , if it's hard to duplicate for a shop.
Does it ever do it when starting the car after sitting short periods? Ever act up while driving? It may be that the torque converter is draining while parked, not normal, but not horribly uncommon. To diagnose it yourself; next time you feel this put it in neutral right away but don't turn it off, let it idle about 10-15 seconds and try again. The other option; when you start in the morning from now on let it idle about 15-20 seconds before trying to engage the trans. If either 'fixes' it it's an indication of a draining converter, once running the fluid pump refills it. You could drive it like that forever with no harm or have it fixed if it bugs you.
Good stuff to learn! I got too much Honda on the brain , and his description mimmicks the problem I had with an old 1st gen. intrepid , which was the ignition switch being faulty. Thanks DonziGT230...your learnin me stuff!
No it never acted acted up after sitting short periods of time. In fact the transmission seems really smooth all the time except on these odd occasions. It has only done this when it has sat overnight. When I start it up I do let it idle a good minute or two before I put it in gear. I will try putting it in neutral next time it acts up and let you know the results. I hope this is the issue..… I really appreciate your help with this.
Have a full scan test performed!! Any good repair shop with a descent scanner should be able to do this test.... This is not for codes but LIVE engine/transmission data!... IF there's a problem... It'll show up! .... Simple test= check the fluid level when first started... If it's a fluid problem, that will tell you so!... IF it's a "drain back" problem... Should be way over full.!!!... May just need trans. service.... drain, change filter and refill... NO FLUSH!.... As for the different engine sound... Possible 'electronic' cooling fan clutch....didn't see engine size!...Have the vehicle tested, guessing at ANY problem online is a shot in the dark at best!!
Do you wear your sunglasses at night?
My tire pressure light comes on sometimes even though my tires are fine. Could this be related to the same electrical issue?
I doubt your trans is an electrical issue, even so it shouldn't be related to the TPMS. The most likely cause is a bad wheel sensor or sensor battery getting low.
