how much fuel pressure should there be, and where is it measured ?

What is your question?

Runs rough, won't idle, lurches, can't go faster than 25 mph. Replaced TPS & IAC Valve........No Change....Truck is on side of the road and I don't have OBD 1....no codes....Fuel pressure ? Ignition ?
