Can the plastic clips be replace without changing the window regulator.

It's a 4-door alero it's the drivers power door window regulator. The cable seems find and working the plastic clips are broken if not the motor works does that need to be replace. I tried to put the window down due to the wheather it was frozen and the clips broke.
