I was driving back from a trip and around 75 mph the cruise kicked off and the speedometer dropped to 20 then back to 75 then to 40 then back to 75. This happened several times. Finally the SES light came on. Spoke with a mechanic and he believes its the speed sensor. I am going to buy one today and install it myself.
Speedometer quit working
Speedo works part time and Cruise Control does not work. Engine light is on
transmission stall rpm rev and will not shift, speed indicater will not work during this.
Going to replace the speed sensor and cable.
