Their three service writers have 57 years of experience between them and previously worked at Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche dealerships before coming to the shop. Their technicians are also experienced: two have 30+ years of experience in the industry and three of them are ASE certified. We found that Foreign Affairs' facility has the look and feel of a high end dealership and we love that this shop is a family affair. Owner and service writer, Frank Ortiz, founded the company with his spouse in 1982 and is still a vibrant presence in the shop.
