The owners Ed and Rick have been working together for 19 years! They have equipped their team with the diagnostic tools and equipment necessary to take care of most any problem your car may have. We like their convenient location, after hours vehicle drop-off, WiFi, and the fact that they are a state safety inspection and smog repair station. We believe Madison Service Center is a shop that takes great care of their customers as well as their vehicles, and we are proud to have them in our Top Shop Network.

Ray has over 26 years of industry experience and is a former technician. Dana Perone, their top service writer has been with the company for over 24 years, worked as a technician, and is state certified for inspections and emissions. All this experience makes Dana a great asset to the shop. Their team of technicians is led by Hon Zeiss who has 25 years of experience, including running his own shop for a while. There's no lack of skills with the other technicians either, having over 95 years of combined experience. Doug Haines is their electrical expert who also ran his own electrical specialty shop for 10 years.
