The horn could fail, resulting in it not being available for the driver to use. Also, upon failing, the horn can overheat and cause a fire in the engine compartment.

Recalls on your Saturn must be performed by a General Motors dealership. General Motors began notifying known owners of affected vehicles when the recall was announced, in December 1998. If you did not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local General Motors dealers below. They will also check for any other uncompleted recalls on your vehicle. For best results, be prepared to provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to the service department consultant you speak with.
