With more than 30 years of combined experience in the automotive and customer service industry, AA is perfectly equipped to take care of their customers in such a way. The manager, Cliff Galbraith, grew up in Detroit and has been around cars his whole life. Their three technicians are ASE certified and emissions specialists, and two of them are ASE Master Technicians. This top rated AAA approved repair facility also won the "Best of Western Washington" for 2011.

RepairPal's Assessment: Starting out in a service station in 1985, Northwest Northwest Automotive has grown to 3 locations in the Seattle area. Our review of this location in Montlake found a company that develops their employees from within. Their manager Robert started out as an automotive technician apprentice and worked his way up to becoming the manager of this store. This location, as well as their others are Washington State emissions repair facilities, the employees receive regular training and are supplied with a good assortment of the tools and equipment to perform their job. Conveniences offered at this location are WiFi, Customer Shuttle, and early bird vehicle drop-off.

The team here combines for over 142 years of experience in the automotive field, but even more impressive is the fact they don't rely on experience only.
