The dashboard material is manufactured in a way to help allow complete deployment of the front passenger's airbag. Some vehicles may have been assembled with the dashboard material that was not properly manufactured and in the event of a crash, the passenger airbag may not fully deploy, increasing the risk of personal injury. Acura dealers will inspect the dashboard covering material and replace it as necessary.
