One previous owner passed away, Sat in garage for two years prior to selling. Engine runs smooth. Only complaint after having it as a daily driver again vehicle is going through coolant and brake fluid quickly. Brake indicator light on, after seeing info on a master cylinder recall I'm curious if this would cause my brakes to feel "soft". I'm depressing the brake pedel much farther to stop the vehicle.
if I take car out and return home it's ok when I'm ready to go out again the car is completely dead I stopped for gas and turned car off when going to restart car completely dead jumped started car with no problem got home turned car off went to restart car completely dead this occurs on and off been to dealer they replaced starter still same problem it has been to dealer for several electrical problems they have replaced computer fixed wiring for alarm and lights going on when car is off can it possibly be a ignition problem
my check engine light is on. When I start my car the engine revs very loud and the speedometer goes to 60-70 mph without touching the gas pedal at all. If I take it out of park and put it in drive or reverse it makes a loud clunk noise but the speedometer goes back down and the engine quits revving. However if I put it back in park it starts doing it again. If I reset my battery the car starts up fine, but only 2-3 times before I have to reset the battery again for it to start properly. I have no clue what the problem is ....

A/C clutch was not engaging so my husband checked the fuses for a possible solution. After that, the ck engine light came on, and trans wasn't shifting right (a/c still not working). I checked for codes and found 0645 & 1698. Tonight he added 24oz coolant, so a/c seems ok - but could fail again tomorrow, especially if there is a leak in a line. But trans still a problem. Also neither error code has gone away.
I started smelling gas when I would take off from a light. I looked for leaks but found nothing. I just pulled up to a light and heard something pop then black smoke start pouring out from around the master cylinder area. Haven't been able to find out anything on what could have been the cause. If anybody knows anything about it or has the same problem please let me know!!!
I have the easy seat turned off. The seat reclines back and the passenger side mirror moves to face the ground.
My cam gears line up with marks at the exhaust stroke. at end of intake stroke.marks face down. When I removed plugs all onpassengr side were clean and all on drivers side were black
AC gets cold but fan noise remains.
before this went completely out the ac/heat would stay on I could control if I wanted heat or Ac big it would never cut off till now could it be the BCM if so is this expensive and does it need to be programmed by dealer

no numeric temp numbers will display...cannot turn fan off...the fan knob doesnt do anything

I bought the car used recently. It worked great for the test drive, and bringing it home. I turned it on a couple of times watermarking it,and it worked relatively okay. Once I needed to move it, it just clicked, and wouldn't start. If anyone could let me know what went wrong, and how to repair it, I would really appreciate. Thanks!
I have tried putting the inside lights on low but yet when the locks unlock and light flickers, it is very bright. This happens so much it is draining my battery.
I was told mayb sum kind of sensor?

1999 300m Stalling issue.
Let me explain what is happening. This problem usually occurs while on a highway or interstate and then usually after driving for longer than 20 minutes. Recently, though, it has happened while only driving for 10 minutes or so at 40 mph. While driving, my car will suddenly lose power, and continue to lose power. Pressing the gas pedal does not do anything. The car will not speed back up from any input from the gas pedal. When slowing down to a stop, the car will finally stall out around ~5mph. For the majority of the incidents, the Check Engine light will blink, indicating limp mode, but for the last two times (one of which occurred on the lower speed roads) the CE light did not blink.
Gas pressure has been tested and holds steady at factory spec ~48psi

There is a warranty on the transmission. But my shift lever is screwed up. When I picked up the car. I drove home shut off the car than tried to start it 10 min. later. There was no power. As if there were battery trouble. There was not. I put the car in neutral and it fired. If the train. was not lined up right wouldn't this screw up the shift/Neutral switch?
