The knock sensor broke off when it was being removed from the block, the threads are still there and have been filed down. Working space is very limited..difficult to reach. How can the remaining threads be removed?

I have a 1988 Corsica. There is radiator fluid leaking from the HVAC elbox drainage. Every time I refill the radiator with fluid it drains out the elbow drainage. Other times it just goes somewhere. I have no idea.
What size wrench does one need to remove the Heater outlet pipe connector. I have made a guess of 32mm. A Crescent wrench will not get the job done. Thanks
Both were working until I removed the upper and lower intake manifold to repair a coolant and vacuum leak. I suspect I broke a wire somewhere, I tested the 3 wires coming from the coolant sensor to the harness connection near the Alternator, tested ok. I don't know where the wires go from the low coolant sensor and the coolant temp sensor to the dash. Thanks

Engine loses power, stalls when cold, after warming up a bit, it runs fine. Have replaced both oxygen sensors. don't know about the coolant temp sensor. Thanks

This is the third alternator in 2 months, a new one was installed yesterday and today the light is back on, its not the fuse that was also replaced.
I have a 1995 Chevy Corsica 2.2 4 cylinder, 116,000 miles. Recently I was driving it (for about 20 minutes or so) stopped at a store and when I was pulling out of the parking lot it felt as though it was not getting any gas. I was pushing on the pedal but it was not going anywhere, the car stopped running and I pulled over to the side of the road. I tried to restart it, it sounded as though it wanted to start but couldn't. I kept trying ever so often to start it, after about a half an hour or so it started up and drove it home. since then, it seems as though I can drive it for awhile without any problems, except for an occasional hesitation, then when I stop at a stop sign or light and start to accelerate it feels like its not getting any gas, won't go, and dies. after it sits for a while then it will start back up.
