Power Window Not Working Due to Window Motor on Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser

Not fixed, i am looking for a solution. Moves up/down an inch at a time.
Electric window moves a short distance. Will move some more after cool-off period.
Rolling it up an inch at a time and letting it rest a few seconds between each pulse seems to not overheat it.
