Can somebody help me. I don't know if I need to change the post 02 sensor or the cat. This code did not pop up until I did a tune up????

    430 is a cat code, not an o2 code. you need a shop to graph the sensors to see if in fact the cat is bad. expensive guess. a free code pull never identifies a bad part, just a bad system.
    why did you do a tune up?? was it missing or running rough?? if it was, that may be the reason for the cat failure.
