2011 Nissan Altima Recalls

RepairPal Expert Overview on July 19, 2011

The bolt securing the transverse suspension link may not have been tightened correctly during vehicle assembly. A rattle or vibration may be noted if the bolt were to loosen. If it were to come out completely, the driver may experience difficulty controlling the direction of the vehicle, which could result in a crash.

This could be considered a medium priority recall, increasing to high if a rattle or vibration is noted from the vehicle's suspension. For more information, please contact your Nissan dealer. They will check to see if your specific vehicle is affected and advise you on what to do next. Always have your vehicle identification number (VIN) handy when you call.
