They have also invested in training for their Service Advisers to help them to effectively communicate with the customers. They back their work with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty, offer a shuttle service, early bird drop off, and free wireless internet on site. Our review of this location in Montlake found a company that develops their employees from within. Their manager Robert started out as an automotive technician apprentice and worked his way up to becoming the manager of this store. This location, as well as their others are Washington State emissions repair facilities, the employees receive regular training and are supplied with a good assortment of the tools and equipment to perform their job. Conveniences offered at this location are WiFi, Customer Shuttle, and early bird vehicle drop-off.
