They both regularly attend update training classes and each have at least 20 years of experience. This shop also has a wide variety of diagnostic scan tools, including some dealer level tools, allowing them to accurately diagnose problems on a wide variety of vehicles. Ken is adamant about personally verifying all repairs and ensuring a culture of great customer service. While you may choose to wait while they perform a quick routine service or repair, if you are in need of a ride they offer a local shuttle service.
