An electrical concern can cause the 4-wheel drive transfer case to shift into neutral without warning.

Chrysler will notifying owners of affected vehicles during June 2013. If you experience problems with the transfer case shifting, or you don't receive notification and you feel you should have please contact your dealer. They may ask for your vehicle identification number (VIN), so please have it handy when you call. The Chrysler recall number is N23.
