Problem Reports

Inside (and outside) door handles on this series break so often, they are rack parts at Advance and other parts stores. Replacement requires removing interior trim panel. Door lock knob needs lifted to snap out. Window winder retainer spring removal is tricky. Drill out pop rivet. Remove screw. Connecting rod may be dropped down. Re-engage in new handle. Reinstall screw. Test. Use pop rivet or replacement screw and self retaining nut to finish install. Test before close up.
