GMC Sierra Denali Recalls
A damper on the fuel rail may come loose and cause a fuel leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may result in a fire.
The tire and loading information label on the driver's side door frame may be inaccurate. A misprinted label could lead to overloading of the vehicle, which could possibly lead to tire failure and a crash.
One of the power steering hoses may not be able to contain the pressure of the system and may rupture. If this were to happen, power steering assist would be lost and steering effort would increase. On vehicles equipped with hydro-boost brakes, braking effort would also increase. If power steering fluid were to spray on hot engine parts, an engine compartment fire could also occur.
The second row center seat belt may be difficult to position correctly on smaller passengers.
The owner's manual instructions for anchoring a child seat may be incorrect. Improper use of the child seat anchors could result in injury to the seat occupant.
The hydraulic brake booster may fail and leak fluid. The loss of fluid would cause increased steering and braking effort and a crash could occur without warning.
Under certain conditions, the shift indicator located in the instrument panel cluster may not illuminate. As a result, the driver may not know which gear the vehicle is in. The vehicle may move in an unintended direction, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.
