Buick Lucerne Poor Ride/Handling Due to Worn Suspension Struts

The front struts may show signs of wear, or be excessively bouncy ride at freeway speeds. This may begin to occur at around 75,000 miles.

I got brand new tires for my car but when i get on the highway it start shaking at the speed 65-75 i when back to the tire place they said that did a wheel-alignment and wheel balances. they didn't know why it's was shaking so bad i also had two strut mount replace i don't know what it is?? -
I noticed the front right strut mount worn out, upon looking further, the back two struts also were worn down. Having reliable mechanic fixed all four struts. -
not repaired yet -
excessive vibration at highway speeds. wheels balanced and alignement did not fix -
