My mechanic said the right front brake wasn't working properly; the rotors weren't contacting the rim. They replaced the rotor and said it works okay now. They said it made a noise that they could hear, but I didn't hear it.

Front brake rotor is warped and causes serious pulsating and shaking when I need to use the brakes. We did the brakes on the car and tried to replace the rotors at same time as pads, but we can't get the rotor off. It is too rusted and doesn't budge, so we have to put up with the shaking until the car dies I guess.
