I changed rotors multiple times, finally putting on vented rotors thinking that this car just had an issue with warping due to heat/load/design. Then I had the rear brakes serviced and (BLUSH) it turned out that they had NOT been auto-adjusting to keep up with the pad wear. So basically THE REAR BREAKS WERE NOT HELPING SLOW THE CAR AS MUCH AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. This transfered more of the job to the front than should have been allocated to them. Thus they got hotter than they should. I am going on a year now and not feeling the pulsation coming back. I think this was the problem.
Have the same but my rotor is warped so I need to turn and get new pads
