    My odometer is routinely overstating miles driven by ~14%. That's a pretty big deal. If you drive 12,000 miles per year, that means 6,800 ficticious miles on the odometer in 5 years. I've convinced the dealer service manager this is valid by showing him tests against both GPS results and odometer readings against mile markers. Anyone having a similar problem. Maybe you all should look at this when driving your car on a reasonably long trip.
