The fuel pump module and/or the powertrain control module (PCM) software may allow the engine to stall under certain operating conditions, increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will reprogram the PCM and in some models, replace the fuel pump module to correct this concern. This recall is scheduled to begin on November 21, 2006. The Chrysler recall number is F44.
