my check engine light came on-care is running fine, it seems..what could this be?

The o2 sensor light kept coming on and it had to be replaced.
The check eingine light came on an I had it serviced at the Lexus dealership. I was told it was an o2 sensor. Cost of repair $450.
My check engine light has been on for this problem for over a year. I haven't gotten it repaired yet.
