  Called to get an estimate and they were friendly enough and quick to respond, however, they used a lot of words like "probably", "could be", and "around" instead of giving me an actual quote. I told them that I'd called at least 3 other shops that had given me precise estimates that they would email me and asked them to do the same, they refused and said that they could not give me an exact amount. The repair is a VERY standard repair to the parking brake and was very easy for other shops to quote, so it's odd they refused to provide an defined estimate. I didn't have any work done here, so they may be awesome in that regard, but business practices and customer service seemed lacking...

  I have done business with Capital Auto Service for years and would not go anywhere else. The mechanics are good and the people are very honest. Prices are reasonable and you get fast turn around.
