There is a label on the door jam of all cars that describes what tire sizes and air pressure levels the vehicle needs. There is a second label that certifies that the vehicle conforms to proper United States Motor Vehicle standards. There is a third label that identifies various components used in manufacturing the vehicle. On some vehicles, these labels are missing. Each car is legally required to have all these labels affixed to them. If the car does not have these labels, there is a risk that improper vehicle handling and wear could occur.
