The front brake line where it is mounted at the front strut could become detached, allowing the brake hose to contact the tire. This contact may cause the brake hose to wear and leak, which can cause brake loss. Dealers will install an additional retainer clip to secure the brake line and make sure there has been no damage to the hoses.
