The entire staff, led by manager Troy Minske, regularly attends training classes to keep up to date on the latest automotive technology and they are equipped with the tools and shop equipment to meet those needs. A local shuttle service, loaner vehicles, and Saturday business hours all played a part in Rum River's excellent Customer Convenience score of 99!

Hunter Fennell, the owner, opened Honest-1 in 2011 and has made an effort to employ experienced seasoned staff members. The 4 technicians combine for over 44 years of experience and 2 are ASE Certified. They have to automotive tools and computer diagnostic equipment to make professional repairs on your vehicle. One of the strong points we found in our assessment was the warranty this Top Shop offers, 36 months/36000 mile warranty, is one of the best in the industry. The combination of experience, ASE Certification, the proper tools and equipment combine with the warranty make this a good choice for our Top Shop Program.
