We are very impressed with their commitment to ongoing technician training, owner Mark along with their technicians Joe and Dave all regularly attend training classes to keep up to date on the latest automotive systems and technology. Add to that their over 80 years of combined experience, ASE certifications, excellent diagnostic tools and shop equipment, and you can see why we call this a Top Shop. Not unexpectedly, they back their work with a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty. Customer conveniences include a local shuttle service, after hours vehicle drop-off, and WiFi access in their comfortable waiting room.

We found they have a very experienced and well trained team, with dealer level diagnostic equipment. This is a great combination for getting even the most difficult problems diagnosed accurately and efficiently, and repaired right the first time. Walko is also certified by the state to perform emission testing and repair. All of this excellence is backed with a 2-year/24,000 mile warranty.

RepairPal's Assessment: Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care has been serving the Colonia area for a very long time, established in 1957. We learned the shop is currently being managed by Ray Sachkowsky. Ray has over 26 years of industry experience and is a former technician. Dana Perone, their top service writer has been with the company for over 24 years, worked as a technician, and is state certified for inspections and emissions. All this experience makes Dana a great asset to the shop. Their team of technicians is led by Hon Zeiss who has 25 years of experience, including running his own shop for a while. There's no lack of skills with the other technicians either, having over 95 years of combined experience. Doug Haines is their electrical expert who also ran his own electrical specialty shop for 10 years. These technicians put all their talents to use on your vehicle and back it up with a 24 Month 24,000 mile warranty. For your convenience they offer shuttle service, rental/loaner cars, early bird/after hours drop-off, free WiFi, and convenient Saturday business hours.

All of Bob's technicians have also achieved some degree of ASE certification (2 Master Technicians), allowing them to receive Blue Seal Certification from the ASE. Excellent diagnostic equipment allows for prompt diagnoses of difficult problems and great customer service completes the package.
