David has been working in the automotive industry for over 40 years. David and his staff of 3 stay up to date on the latest technology by attending regular training. They combine for more then 47 years of automotive industry experience. These technicians have access to some of the industries best tools and computer diagnostic equipment and use them to perform professional repairs on your vehicle. They are a Napa Auto Care Center and AAA approved. They back their work with a 24 month 24,000 mile warranty. For your convenience they offer a local shuttle service, loaner car, free WiFi internet access, and early bird/after hours drop-off.

RepairPal's Assessment: One of the first things that impressed us about AA Auto was their motto, "Where old fashioned service meets new technology," which really took us back to a time when you could pull into a service station and get everything you needed, plus a smile. With more than 30 years of combined experience in the automotive and customer service industry, AA is perfectly equipped to take care of their customers in such a way. The manager, Cliff Galbraith, grew up in Detroit and has been around cars his whole life. Their three technicians are ASE certified and emissions specialists, and two of them are ASE Master Technicians. This top rated AAA approved repair facility also won the "Best of Western Washington" for 2011.

RepairPal's Assessment: Northwest auto was established in 1985. Doug Gaither, manager and president of northwest auto has much to be proud of. His company won Best Auto Repair in Greater Seattle Area, not just once but twice. Not surprising considering his 32 years of industry experience. Some of this must be credited to his technicians who have over 66 years combined experience. Their conveniences offer early bird and after hours drop off and free WiFi. They are also community aware. Donating to the Girls and Boys Club and Seattle Youth Garden Works.

RepairPal's Assessment: Starting out in a service station in 1985, Northwest Northwest Automotive has grown to 3 locations in the Seattle area. Our review of this location in Montlake found a company that develops their employees from within. Their manager Robert started out as an automotive technician apprentice and worked his way up to becoming the manager of this store. This location, as well as their others are Washington State emissions repair facilities, the employees receive regular training and are supplied with a good assortment of the tools and equipment to perform their job. Conveniences offered at this location are WiFi, Customer Shuttle, and early bird vehicle drop-off.

RepairPal's Assessment: Our team found EuroAsian Garage to be a shop with a lot of experience. The team here combines for over 142 years of experience in the automotive field, but even more impressive is the fact they don't rely on experience only. They also take the time to attend ongoing good quality industry training and two of their technicians have achieved ASE Master certification. A wide variety of tools and computer diagnostic equipment is needed to professionally service and repair your late model vehicle, this shop has shown us they have some of the best available. They have also invested in training for their Service Advisers to help them to effectively communicate with the customers. They back their work with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty, offer a shuttle service, early bird drop off, and free wireless internet on site. To sum it up our Top Shop Auto Pro team found EuroAsian Garage have the experience, training, and direction it takes to be a Top Shop in our Network.
