Great grandson Jim is now in charge, with three other family members still involved. Ward Service treats all of their customers like family, as indicated by their excellent Net Promoter Score of 80. Their motto has always been, "The best job is the job done right the first time." They have dealer-level diagnostic equipment and well trained, ASE certified technicians to make this happen.
