They feature a crew of 7 experienced automotive professionals who combine for over 178 years of experience. All are ASE Certified, attend weekly training, and have the automotive tools and computer diagnostic equipment necessary to make professional repairs to your late model computer controlled vehicle. Our review found that Pat is also a regular guest on the TV show MotorWeek and a local TV and radio personality. On the customer service side they offer shuttle service, early bird drop off, and wireless internet onsite. Our team found Goss Garage to a fine example of what we like to see in a Top Shop.

In addition, they also conduct State Certified Emissions and Safety Inspections. To add to your convenience they offer a local shuttle car service, rental car, free WiFi internet access and early bird/after hours drop-off.

RepairPal's Assessment: We love finding shops that are open on Saturday, but being open on Sunday is almost unheard of. And not only is this shop open seven days a week, they are open until 9pm every day. It doesn't get more convenient than that! At Cardinal Plaza, we found a very dedicated group of technicians who have been together for a long time and have a combined 91 years of experience between them. Three of their five techs are ASE certified and all attend regular training. Cardinal also offers shuttle rides, loaner cars, and the fact that they are a Shell gas station adds a level of convenience you don't see at many shops, earning Cardinal a high score in the Customer Conveniences section of our survey.
