The battery and alternator checked and ok... it has power but wont turnover all the way... I had the coolant low light on a few days ago and I added proper coolant. It seemed a bit rough running. My instict is ignition switch or starter cylenoid. Could it be a sensor regulating fuel? I just made my final payment on the lease less 1 week ago... I request direction in Diagnosis... any recommendations for troubleshooting? It acts like it wants to start but is not getting fuel... its dark and I have limited tools and would like to inquire before taking to shop and getting my pants pulled down over price

Sounds like it might be hydro locked, liquid in the cylinder not allowing it to turn to TDC. Try pulling the plugs and then try to turn the engine. Be careful if it is you will get liquid all over everything, try blocking, not plug, the path of the liquid so it won't spray everywhere.
