Starts maybe twice, suggestions on why that is?

(1990 Subaru Loyale)

I've replaced the starter, alternator, radiator, fuel pump and filter and still only starts once maybe twice. I can't turn it off unless I'm home because it won't start again.

details---What about it 'won't start'? It won't turn over(crank), or it spins but doesn't 'catch'? Missing fuel or spark? ..KEY PHRASE in other answer- "testing needed"!

It spins and it doesn't. Nothing is really "catching" but you can hear and see the spark under the ignition could.. A bright blueish white arch. Although now I can't even start it

you shouldn't see ANY arcing PERIOD ANYWHERE! something/wires are loose on the starter? positive wire arcing to ground, maybe a pinched wire? gotta start looking somewhere..fail starter/solenoid?
