It spins and it doesn't. Nothing is really "catching" but you can hear and see the spark under the ignition could.. A bright blueish white arch. Although now I can't even start it
you shouldn't see ANY arcing PERIOD ANYWHERE! something/wires are loose on the starter? positive wire arcing to ground,maybe a pinched wire? gotta start looking somewhere..fail starter/solenoid?
