Red lightning bolt light comes on car doesn't get power

Really shouldn't be all that difficult to diagnose .. There is a problem within the *throttle by wire system* that may possibly be corrected by PCM re-flash OR throttle body replacement... A professional quality scan tool can monitor the throttle control components on the live data screen to determine the culprit .. Hands-on testing by competent personnel using proper diagnostic equipment is required.
