When I start the car and close the doors i can hear the suspension pump turn on, right behind the passenger headlight. After a few min of running the check air suspension message turns on and the pump turns off. The front is fine but the rear end is low and makes for a bouncy ride. I've read about a leveling relay or switch but can not find location. Thank you in advance.

Compressor faults and compressor relay faults are fairly common on older Navigators.see owners manual for relay location.
?not sure how the software is set up for monitoring on those systems , but if there is a leak , causing excessive run-time , is that possibly causing the error code and the pump to shut off?? Just a random thought .
Founded the fuses and relays that deal with the air suspension. 39,47. 39 is the air pump. when i remove the fuse the pump no longer turns on, put it back in ,the pump turns on. I just went ahead and replaced 47. Air suspension solenoid. When I start the vehicle I do hear the pump running and does for a couple min then check air suspension comes on. Is this a light I could take to O'reilly' and they would hook up a scanner?
