radiator fan only kick on for 2.5 seconds, the water gets to hot & is evaporatin

already replaced that

It only over heats if I don't keep filling it up everyday with water/antifreeze

Coolant is either leaking or the engine is consuming it... That's it!.. Have cooling system pressure checked and combustion leak test performed.
