What maintinence need done at 180000 miles

there is a Scheduled Maintenance Guide that comes with the owners manual that tells you that info.

Do whatever has been ignored for the past 179,999 miles.. Fluids , filters spark plugs etc. Brake and suspension check , alignment(preventive , if not done in maybe the last 2 years 24K+ miles) Do you plan on keeping it until it actually racks up some real miles?
