what if after check up for engine light signal and it comes back ?

I have check my car with the Volvo agent for the engine light, technician report showed no deficiency , signal turned off and they drove the car for more than 50 km for testing , few days later signal comes back. what can I do? Thanks in advance

in other words,the cel was on when you took it in.the when you left,the cel came back on.who,and how do you know they drove the car that far?if the light is on,what is the code?
