what does it mean when speedometer and engine rev up but car dosnt want to move?

It's an automatic and no it doesn't move when in park lol

That would somewhat eliminate the axles , although I would still check them.

OK ... It doesn't move, under its own power, in park or any other gear selection!!...... But... While the transmission is in PARK, will the car roll on an incline or can it be pushed?... Does PARK still hold the car in place like it always did (without park brake on)??.. Speedometer is working ... Final drive IS rotating!.. Obviously axles are NOT!.. Just saying.
