We replaced the fuses with new ones and the problem is still there
ok,i just read where a lot of people are having the same problem that you are having.try this and see if this will work,several said it worked for them.turn the car on,with the radio off,hold down the power button for 30-60 seconds,and see what happens.let me know.
That didn't work, me and my dad have come to the conclusion that the radio is junk and was sending a surge or whatever to make other things stop working...everything works now besides the radio...I guess it's a common problem with those Jettas
yeah,well it worked for a few people and some it did not work.from the post i read,the radio is $700.00 to replace at the stealership,and that didnt fix some of them,they went out again.take the radio out and unplug it,and see if your wipers start working,if they are on the same fuse,circuit.try simple things first,and double check your fuses and relays.
