Just bought a 95 Cabrio,AC works ok ,blower ok low or no heat

Put new timing belt,water pump,T-Stat,but still no hot heat,it will blow luke warm air but no heat ,guage shows over 190 after running for twenty min,still no heat,dont know if codes can be pulled on this year,also used prestone antifreeze at 50/50,dont know if thats bad or not ,since car is so old. Help please ???

Sounds like you may have a flow problem through the heater core. Are the hoses going into and coming out of the heater core hot? If the inlet is warm, but the outlet cold you have no flow through the heater core.
You may have a temp blend door not working properly. It should be diverting the air flow through the heater core to provide heat. If heater core itself is getting hot(which appears to be the case) that is the only other explanation I can think of now.
Most likely the foam that was on the blend doors has come off (and probably flies out of your heater vents!). leaving big holes in the doors, negating any 'blending' these diverter doors could be doing.

I left that out sorry,both hoses equal in Temp,also flushed it while under hood(heater core)
